Thursday,          Dec 9:            Advanced Weapons Class (bo, tunfa, sai, nunchaku), Blue belts and higher, 6:15-7:15pm

Friday,               Dec 10:          OPEN GYM, 7-9pm, $5 

Saturday,          Dec 11:          Seminars for Blue belts & higher in Ruston, LA

Thursday,         Dec 16:          Nov/Dec Belt Test, 6:15pm, testing by invitation, spectators welcome (one test for Nov/Dec)

Have you made you arrangements to attend Dr Jordan’s seminars in Ruston, La on December 11^th? Dr Jordan is a 9^th degree black belt and has trained Joe Dupaquier and many others to World and National Titles. This could be the opportunity of a lifetime.

                                      11:00               One Steps        (Clean up basics, timing, distance)

                                      1:00pm            Weapons Drills     (black belts – tonfa, brown – blue belts – bo)

                                      2:00                  Basics Made Fun  (Fun and exciting drills to enhance your training)

                                      3:00                  Linage History      (stories and answers to questions related to TKD history etc…)

                                      3:30                  Break

                                      4:30                  Black Belt Exam,   By invitation, Spectators welcome

LEAVE:               Saturday, December 11, 4:30am - NO BREAKFAST STOP

RETURN:             Sunday, around noon or 1pm
