Thursday,     July 24:         Advanced Weapons Class (bo, tunfa, sai, nunchaku), Blue belts and higher, 6-7pm

Friday,          July 25:         OPEN GYM, 6-8pm, $5 

Wednesday, July 30:         Teen Intermediates need to attend today’s 7:00 or 8:00pm class, No Teen class (7-8) tomorrow.

Thursday,   July 31:       Monthly Belt Test, 6-8pm, testing by invitation, spectators welcome (teens will make up on Wednesday)

Tournament and Belt Test Training Class

This Saturday, July 26th:   9 - 10:30am         Cost  $5

We will work endurance drills, Sparring Drills, Forms ……..Oh just be ready to sweat !!!!!

Class Open To: ANYONE who thinks they can handle it…..

 

 

****Tioga Tournament****

Saturday, August 9th, Tioga High School

Weapons @ 10:00 am      -     Forms and Sparring following Weapons

All Yellow Stripe students and above are invited to participate this tournament. Families are welcome to meet us or follow us there. Individual students wishing to ride in the team van need to sign up by the Thursday before – space is limited. We chip in $10 each when riding in the team van ($8 when wearing a team shirt).

MY SCHEDULE IS:

LEAVE:             Saturday, 6:00am - NO BREAKFAST STOP

RETURN:          Saturday, about 10pm

ENTRY FEE:    Tournament entry fee is $35 - pay at the tournament site

                           ($5 off with USKA membership card, $10 extra for grappling)

There will be team competition, so come and support YOUR team.

Don’t forget to wear your Team T-shirt !
